Garcinia Cambogia – the next step in losing weight

The hydroxycitric acid in the rind of the garcinia cambogia fruit helps to inhibit an enzyme in the body called citrate lyase.  This enzyme works to convert excess food that body doesn’t need for energy into fat stores.  By inhibiting the enzyme, it cannot convert food, especially carbohydrates, into fat and when the body needs to burn more fat for energy, it burns the existing fat on your body.
